Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Mainstream Teacher to join our vibrant school community in Wandsworth. The successful candidate will deliver high-quality, curriculum-aligned instruction to a mixed-ability cohort, fostering an inclusive, engaging, and safe learning environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons that meet the National Curriculum standards and cater to diverse learning needs.
- Assess student progress regularly, providing constructive feedback and maintaining accurate records.
- Implement behaviour management strategies consistent with school policy, promoting respect and responsibility.
- Collaborate with colleagues, senior staff, and parents to support pupil welfare and academic achievement.
- Participate in whole-school initiatives, professional development, and extracurricular activities as required.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2?years’ experience teaching in a mainstream primary/secondary setting.
- Strong knowledge of current educational best practices and assessment methods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
