Job Title: SEND TEACHING ASSISTANT - ENGLISH/ MATHS EXP
Location: N2 Position: Full-Time Primary Teaching Assistant Daily Rate: £95 We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Primary Teaching Assistant to join our school in N2. This full-time role focuses on supporting students with English and Maths, helping them build essential skills and achieve their academic potential. Key Responsibilities: Provide targeted support in English and Maths to students in primary school, either one-on-one or in small groups. Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons and activities. Help students who may be struggling with key concepts in English and Maths, ensuring they have the support needed to progress. Support classroom management and maintain a positive learning environment. Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers on areas for improvement. Work closely with teachers and staff to adapt resources and learning materials to meet the needs of individual students. Requirements: Previous experience supporting primary students with English and Maths is essential. A solid understanding of the primary curriculum, especially in the core areas of literacy and numeracy. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students. Patience, empathy, and a positive approach to supporting students of varying abilities.
