SEND Teaching Assistant – Learning Difficulties – Rugby Location: Rugby Contract Type: Full-time Salary: £89 – £105 per day / £445 – £525 per week Axcis Education is recruiting for a SEND Teaching Assistant to provide 1:1 support for a pupil in Rugby with moderate learning difficulties (MLD). This role focuses on helping the pupil access the curriculum and develop confidence in their learning. The Role: You will: • Support a child with MLD in KS2 on a 1:1 basis. • Adapt classroom activities and resources to meet individual needs. • Encourage progress in literacy, numeracy, and social skills. • Provide feedback to teachers and contribute to EHCP targets. • Help promote independence and confidence in learning. About You: • Experience supporting children with learning difficulties. • Patient, positive, and creative in your approach. • Confident adapting curriculum content. • Team player with strong communication skills.
