This 1:1 role is ideal for someone experienced in trauma-informed approaches. The Role: You will: • Provide 1:1 support for a pupil with SEMH needs. • Implement behaviour plans and de-escalation strategies. • Build strong, positive relationships and act as a role model. • Support emotional regulation and engagement with learning. • Collaborate with SENCOs, teachers, and external professionals.
