We are actively seeking both ad-hoc staff for daily cover and long-term supply staff. Responsibilities: - Collaborate with teachers to support students with special needs in their academic, social, and emotional development. - Assist in implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) and behaviour management strategies. - Provide one-on-one or small group support to students, ensuring their engagement and progress. - Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment, promoting independence and self-confidence. - Maintain open communication with teachers, parents, and other professionals involved in the students' education.
