Job Opportunity: SEND Teaching Assistant – Specialist Resource Provision (Primary) Location: West Drayton (near the station) Start Date: ASAP Working Hours: Monday to Friday | 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM Position Type: Full-Time | Long-Term About the Role: Axcis Education is delighted to be working with a welcoming and inclusive primary school in West Drayton, currently seeking a dedicated and resilient SEND Teaching Assistant to join their Specialist Resource Provision (SRP). This is a fantastic opportunity to provide meaningful and consistent support to pupils with a range of additional needs in a structured, nurturing environment. You will be working with a small group of up to 10 pupils from Year 1 to Year 5, all of whom have Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs). These pupils present with a range of needs, including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, and behavioural challenges. As part of a collaborative team—including a class teacher and experienced TAs—you will help deliver tailored learning, emotional regulation strategies, and social development support.
