In this role, you will be: • Supporting pupils with autism and additional needs such as sensory processing difficulties and communication challenges. • Working closely with teachers to deliver highly differentiated, individualised learning activities. • Using visual supports, structured routines and sensory strategies to support engagement and regulation. • Assisting pupils with transitions, personal development and daily routines where required. • Working collaboratively with therapists, teachers and support staff to meet EHCP outcomes.
