SEND Teaching Assistant Location: Greater Manchester, Stockport and Tameside Contract Type: Temporary / Long-term / Day-to-Day Pay Rate: £95 - £110 Start date: ASAP About the Role: Axcis Education is seeking dedicated SEND Teaching Assistants to support children with special educational needs and disabilities. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on students’ learning and personal development. Key Responsibilities: • Provide one-to-one or small group support for pupils with SEND. • Implement individualised education plans (IEPs). • Support behaviour management and emotional development. • Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and families to ensure holistic support. Requirements: • Experience supporting children with SEND. • Level 2 or 3 TA qualification preferred. • Patience, empathy, and strong communication skills.
