We are currently recruiting caring, resilient, and enthusiastic SEND Teaching Assistants to work across a range of mainstream and specialist schools in and around St Austell. The Role As a SEND Teaching Assistant, you will support pupils with a variety of additional needs, including: Autism (ASC) ADHD Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) Speech and Language Needs Moderate to Complex Learning Difficulties Anxiety and other additional needs You may provide 1:1 support, work with small groups, or assist within the classroom, helping students to engage with learning while promoting their independence, confidence, and wellbeing. We Are Looking For: Experience working with children or vulnerable adults (education, care, youth work, healthcare, or similar). A positive, patient, and nurturing approach. Confidence managing challenging behaviour and supporting pupils with additional needs. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
