Job Title: Special Education Needs Teaching Assistant
Are you an enthusiastic and personable individual with a passion for making a positive impact in the lives of special needs students? We are seeking a dedicated Special Education Needs Teaching Assistant (SEN TA) to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities: Provide support to students with special educational needs in a classroom setting. Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment. Collaborate with teachers to implement individualised education plans (IEPs) and adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students. Assist with classroom management and behavior support strategies. Work closely with students on a one-to-one basis or in small groups. Requirements: Previous experience in a Special Education Needs setting. A positive and upbeat attitude with a "can-do" approach. Reliability and a commitment to providing consistent support to students. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Flexibility to adapt to the evolving needs of the classroom. Working Hours: Full-time position, Monday to Friday. 8:30 am to 4:00 pm (finishing at 3:30 pm on Fridays). Salary: £90 per day.
