Job Title: Special Educational Needs Teaching Assistant
Axcis Education are seeking to appoint a special educational needs Teaching Assistant for a fantastic primary school in Widnes. This school is a happy, caring school with high aspirations for all pupils and staff. The children benefit from a full and enriching curriculum and learn within a safe, stimulating and inclusive learning environment. This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday, 8:30 to 3:30 and has the view to go permanent for the correct candidate. The daily rate of pay for this role is between £90-£100. Job details: • One to one or small group support • Full time hours (8:30am – 3:30pm, Monday to Friday) • Ongoing basis starting ASAP • Working independently and as part of a team Requirements: • Experience in working with learning difficulties needs – Essential • Willing to support low-level personal care tasks - Essential • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service required or we’re happy to carry out a new one ahead of you starting the position – Essential • Minimum of 2 good references – Essential If you are not interested in this role but know someone else who might be, don't forget that we offer up to £250 in shopping vouchers if you refer a friend to us and we place them in the job.
