Job Title: Special Needs Teacher
Location: Reading Start Date: January 2026 Hours: 8:30am – 3:30pm A welcoming and high-achieving SEND school in Reading is looking for an inspiring SEND Teacher to join their team from January 2026. This part-time position (Thursdays and Fridays) offers the chance to work in a nurturing, well-equipped environment where every pupil is supported to thrive. We’re seeking a confident, creative teacher with QTS who has experience working in SEND settings—ideally with a focus on Early Years. You’ll plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons that bring learning to life, using your excellent classroom management skills to create a calm, positive atmosphere where all pupils can succeed. You’ll be part of a friendly and collaborative team, working alongside experienced teaching assistants, therapists, and senior leaders to provide a holistic, child-centred approach to learning.
