You will ideally have experience working with children or young people with SEND, although a positive attitude, adaptability and a genuine passion for specialist education are just as important. We are looking for someone who is: • Passionate about supporting young people with additional needs • Confident leading learning and adapting activities to suit different abilities • Patient, nurturing and able to build positive relationships • Comfortable supporting pupils with behavioural and emotional regulation needs • Creative and enthusiastic about making learning engaging and accessible • Able to work collaboratively as part of a small, supportive team Why Join?
