Speech and Language Therapist
Speech and Language Therapist (SEND College) – Hounslow
Full-Time | September Start | Paid to Scale
We are currently working with a well-regarded SEND college in Hounslow seeking a dedicated and passionate Speech and Language Therapist to join their team from September on a full-time basis.
This is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful impact, supporting students with a range of additional needs including autism, speech and communication difficulties, and complex learning needs within a supportive and collaborative environment.
The Role:
Deliver high-quality speech and language therapy support to students aged 16–25
Assess, plan, and implement tailored intervention programmes
Work closely with teaching staff, support staff, and external professionals
Support the development of communication strategies across the curriculum
Contribute to EHCP targets and reviews
The Ideal Candidate:
Qualified Speech and Language Therapist (HCPC registered or pending)
Experience working with children or young people with SEND
Strong understanding of communication needs, including ASD
A collaborative and flexible approach to working within a multidisciplinary team
Excellent communication and organisational skills
