Job Title: Student Support Worker
Axcis Education, a specialist in recruitment for the education sector, is working in partnership with a reputable primary school in Bath to find a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join their team starting January 2025. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact supporting students with profound and multiple learning difficulties (PMLD) and complex needs.
About the Role
• Position: Teaching Assistant (PMLD and Complex Needs)
• Location: Bath
• Start Date: January 2025
• Employment Type: Full-Time (Permanent after an initial trial period)
• Pay: £83.40 per day
You will work closely with teaching staff and specialists to provide tailored support to students, ensuring they thrive both academically and personally. Your role will include assisting with personalised learning plans, fostering a positive and inclusive environment, and helping students engage meaningfully with the curriculum.
