The role • Student Support Worker supporting learners aged 16–18 • Focus on autism and learning disabilities • Specialist provision (Wellow building) • Full-time: 8:30am–4:30pm, 4.5 days per week • £13.70 per hour • Starts ASAP, with the role becoming permanent after a 16-week settling-in period You’ll support students during lessons, workshops and practical sessions, helping them engage with learning, manage transitions and develop communication, confidence and independence.
