Role Overview: As a Supply Teacher, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences to students across different age groups and abilities. You will be responsible for maintaining a positive learning environment, effectively managing classroom behaviour, and delivering engaging lesson plans. Key Responsibilities: • Delivering pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects and year groups. • Adapting teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students. • Maintaining classroom discipline and promoting a positive learning environment. • Providing feedback to regular teaching staff on students' progress and behaviour. • always Ensuring the safety and well-being of all students. Requirements: • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. • Previous experience working as a teacher in a school setting is desirable but not essential. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and work effectively under pressure. • Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
