We are seeking a caring and dedicated flexible Support Worker to work with students 15 years old and above with complex special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) at a school in Haringey area. This is a rewarding role where you will provide vital support to help students achieve their personal and academic goals, with personal care required as part of the role. Hours: 9 am to 3.30 pm, flexible days. Key Responsibilities: Provide one-on-one and group support to students with complex SEND needs, across all age groups. Assist with personal care tasks, ensuring the health, safety, and dignity of the students. Collaborate with teachers and SENCO to adapt learning strategies and care routines. Requirements: Previous experience working with children or young adults with complex needs. A compassionate and patient attitude, with the ability to handle personal care responsibilities.
