Job Title: Swimming SEN Teaching Assistant
Location: White City (Easily accessible via Central Line, near Shepherd’s Bush) Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM Daily Pay Rate: From £85 per day Contract: Temporary We are a specialist provision catering to children and young people aged 2 to 19 years with severe learning difficulties (SLD), including profound and multiple learning difficulties (PMLD). We provide a supportive and inclusive environment where every student is encouraged to achieve their full potential through a multi-disciplinary approach. We are seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils across both primary and secondary settings. Your role will involve assisting with learning activities, personal care, and creating an engaging environment for students with complex needs. Applicants must be confident swimmers and able to support children in the pool. Requirements: • Minimum of 6 months’ UK SEN experience (Essential) • Strong English communication skills • Child and Adult DBS registered on the Update Service • Confident swimmer, comfortable supporting children in the pool • A patient, caring, and proactive approach to working with children with special needs This is a great opportunity to work in a friendly and supportive setting, making a real difference in the lives of young learners.
