Job Title: TA - Mainstream Primary School
Teaching Assistant – Key Stage 2 (Mainstream Primary School, Camden)
Are you an experienced Teaching Assistant passionate about supporting children with special educational needs? A vibrant mainstream primary school in Camden is looking for a dedicated TA to join their Key Stage 2 team.
Position Details:
Role: Supporting Year 4, 5, and 6 students with ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and challenging behaviour.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM.
Start Date: Immediate/As soon as possible.
What We’re Looking For:
The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven experience working in schools or similar educational settings.
- A strong background in supporting students with a range of SEN, including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and managing challenging behaviour.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build positive relationships with students and staff.
- A calm, empathetic, and patient approach, with the ability to adapt to students’ individual needs.
