Job Title: Teacher of English - SEND School
A special SEND school in Trafford is looking for an English teacher to join their secondary English department on a full time basis From May. This is a full time role, that is initially being offered until the end of the school year, with a permanent contract on the cards for the right candidate. This is a large special needs school catering to children aged 11 to 19. It has recently been rated GOOD by Ofsted. The school's leadership team is extremely supportive and promotes growth for their staff. You will be asked to teach children in KS3 and KS4. Some of the children are able to work on a basic GCSEs level English, however, other students will require more support. You should be a qualified teacher (ECTs are welcome) with experience delivering English lessons. SEND experience is desired, however, not necessary. Axcis also offers free CDP and safeguarding training, and daily rates will start from £160 - £270 a day based on experience.
