Hours: Full-Time, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Are you an experienced and dedicated teacher looking for your next opportunity? Our thriving mainstream primary school is seeking a committed Teacher to join our team starting in January. This is a full-time position working with students in Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, deliver, and assess engaging lessons tailored to a range of abilities.
Provide targeted support for students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, and challenging behaviour.
Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning and personal development.
Collaborate with teaching assistants, SENCO, and other professionals to address individual student needs.
Maintain high standards of classroom management and pupil engagement.
Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification.
Proven experience teaching in a primary school setting.
Strong understanding of strategies to support students with ASD, SEMH needs, and challenging behaviour.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
