This full-time position is ideal for an teacher who is passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of students dealing with complex emotional and behavioural challenges. **Responsibilities:** - Deliver high-quality, engaging lessons across various subjects, tailored to the needs of students with SEMH. - Develop and implement individual education plans to promote individual student progress. - Utilise various approaches to manage challenging behavior effectively and provide a safe, positive learning environment. - Work collaboratively with other professionals such as teaching assistants, educational psychologists, and therapy services to support student needs. - Assess, record, and report on the development, progress, and attainment of students. - Engage with parents and guardians to keep them informed about their child's progress, potential barriers to learning and achievements. - Participate in staff meetings, training, and professional development opportunities. **Requirements:** - Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK. - Proven experience dealing with SEMH or willingness to undergo training. - Strong classroom management skills with the ability to handle challenging behavior. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with staff, students, and parents. - A commitment to inclusive education and ability to differentiate instruction. - Enhanced DBS check (current or willing to undergo a check). **Benefits:** - Competitive daily rate of pay to MPS scale. - Access to ongoing professional development and training. - Support from a dedicated and collaborative staff team. - Opportunities to make a significant impact on student's lives and educational experiences.
