Pay Rate: £83.30-£95.50 per day, experience dependant
Are you passionate about making a real difference in the lives of children who need extra support? Axcis is looking to recruit Teaching Assistants for a local primary school in Hyde that specialises in supporting children with challenging behaviours and those requiring dedicated 1:1 assistance throughout the school day.
About the Role:
As a Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Work closely with students, offering tailored support to meet their individual needs.
- Foster a positive and inclusive environment that encourages learning and personal growth.
- Support students in developing emotional regulation and positive behaviour strategies.
- Collaborate with teachers and other staff to deliver effective interventions and activities.
What We’re Looking For:
The ideal candidates will have:
- Experience in a similar setting, working with children who present challenging behaviours or require additional support.
- A calm, patient, and empathetic approach to working with children.
- The ability to build strong relationships with students, staff, and parents.
- A passion for supporting the learning and development of children with diverse needs.
