Location: Mainstream Primary School, Bridport
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 3:30pm
Pay: £89 – £95 per day
Start Date: September

We are seeking a caring, proactive, and dedicated Teaching Assistant to work on a 1:1 basis with a pupil with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in a Year 3/4 class.

In this rewarding role, you’ll be providing tailored, individualised support to help a pupil with ASC and SEMH access their education and thrive in the school environment.
This includes:
- Supporting learning tasks and preparing personalised resources
- Providing regular breaks and using outdoor areas to support wellbeing
- Encouraging the pupil’s independence, confidence, and resilience
- A flexible and empathetic approach is key to ensuring the pupil feels calm, safe, and ready to learn in different ways and to achieve their best.
