• Monitor development and celebrate progress at every stage
• Support the creation and adaptation of tailored learning resources
• Take part in ongoing training and CPD, including trauma-informed and attachment-aware practice
We are seeking someone who:

• Communicates clearly and builds positive, trusting relationships
• Can work independently while contributing positively to a wider team
• Holds a full driving licence and has access to a vehicle (desirable due to location)
• Holds a Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning (desirable but not essential)

• Make a genuine, lasting impact on children’s development
• Strengthen your expertise in trauma-informed and attachment-led approaches
