Job Title: Teaching Assistant
We are recruiting for a large mainstream secondary school in the St Helens area, dedicated to providing a holistic education that recognizes the unique talents, needs, and aspirations of each individual in our community. Their goal is to support students in achieving their full potential and becoming well-rounded adults who are spiritually, morally, academically, physically, and socially prepared. We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join this team, starting in September.
As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with students on a one-to-one basis and in small groups, providing essential support to facilitate their learning and personal growth. You will collaborate with teachers to create inclusive and engaging lessons, assist in implementing individual education plans, and promote a positive and respectful learning environment. The role may be full-time or part-time, with potential for permanent employment for the right candidate.
