Are you a compassionate, reliable, and enthusiastic individual with a genuine interest in supporting young people with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND)? We are currently seeking a full-time Teaching Assistant to join a well-established and highly supportive all-through SEND school in Wimborne this September.
This forward-thinking school provides education for pupils aged 4–19 with a range of complex needs, including Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC) and associated learning and communication difficulties. Whether in early years, primary, secondary, or post-16, students are supported through tailored programmes and a nurturing approach that values individual growth.

This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of young people and to become part of a well-organised and welcoming team of professionals who are passionate about SEND education.
The leadership team is committed to the continuous professional development of all staff, offering regular training, clear communication, and hands-on support in the classroom.
