Join Our Team: SEN Teaching Assistant | Primary School (L30)
Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM | From £90 per day (PAYE)

A caring and inclusive primary school in the L30 area is looking for a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team and make a lasting impact.
About the Role:
In this rewarding role, you’ll work within the school’s dedicated SEN provision, supporting pupils across EYFS to KS2 with a wide range of complex needs – including non-verbal communication and sensory processing challenges.
Your role will involve:
Providing 1:1 and small group support tailored to each child’s needs.
Assisting with communication, emotional regulation, and structured learning activities.
Promoting independence, social interaction, and confidence.
Collaborating closely with teachers, SENCOs, and therapists to deliver consistent support.
Every day, you’ll help children develop not just academically, but emotionally and socially – making a real difference where it matters most.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience supporting children or young people with SEN (school or care setting)
Adaptability to work across age groups (EYFS – KS2)
DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply – we’ll support you through the process)
A calm, patient, and proactive approach, with a passion for inclusion and empowerment
