About the Role: In this rewarding role, you’ll work within the school’s dedicated SEN provision, supporting pupils across EYFS to KS2 with a wide range of complex needs – including non-verbal communication and sensory processing challenges. Your role will involve: Providing 1:1 and small group support tailored to each child’s needs. Assisting with communication, emotional regulation, and structured learning activities. Promoting independence, social interaction, and confidence. Collaborating closely with teachers, SENCOs, and therapists to deliver consistent support. Every day, you’ll help children develop not just academically, but emotionally and socially – making a real difference where it matters most.
