We have an exciting opportunity available for a proactive individual with a keen interest in supporting children with Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs, Autistic Spectrum Conditions, and Special Educational Needs and Disabilities. The ideal candidate will have: - Previous experience working with children and young adults, particularly those with SEMH, ASC, and SEND. - An understanding of the challenges faced by pupils with additional needs and a passion for helping them overcome barriers to learning. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with teachers, parents, and specialists. - A patient, caring, and resilient personality to adapt to various educational requirements and foster a safe and stimulating learning environment. - A relevant qualification in supporting teaching and learning or a willingness to undergo further training as necessary.
