About the Role You will work as part of a dedicated team within the school’s SEN provision, supporting EYFS pupils with complex needs, including non-verbal communication, sensory sensitivities, and social-emotional challenges. Your responsibilities will include: Providing tailored 1:1 and small group support in a structured early years setting Supporting children with communication, emotional regulation, and early learning tasks Promoting independence, positive relationships, and a safe, engaging environment Working closely with class teachers, SENCOs, and specialist professionals to deliver consistent, nurturing support This is a hands-on, rewarding role where you’ll play a key part in helping young children build confidence, connection, and a love for learning.
