This full-time role begins in September, with strong potential to become permanent for the right candidate. The position involves working with children who present challenging behaviour, so confidence and consistency are essential. About the Role The SRP supports a small group of 10 pupils from Year 1 to Year 5, with needs primarily related to SEMH, autism, and behavioural challenges. The ideal candidate will be calm, confident, and able to manage dysregulation with professionalism and compassion. Some pupils may display emotional outbursts or use inappropriate language, so a strong yet nurturing approach is vital.
