This full-time role involves providing 1:1 support for a Year 1 pupil with Autism (ASD). The successful candidate will have strong experience supporting children with Autism and ADHD within a mainstream setting and be confident managing challenging behaviour. The school is looking for someone who can be firm but fair — able to set clear, consistent boundaries while maintaining a calm, patient, and nurturing approach.
