£100–£115 per day | Full-Time | Long-Term
Axcis are working with a specialist SEND school in Tower Hamlets supporting pupils with autism and complex needs. They are seeking a passionate and committed SEND Teaching Assistant to join their experienced team.
The school offers a structured, calm environment with small class sizes and strong staff support.
About the Role
You will be supporting pupils with complex needs within a specialist classroom.
You will:
• Support pupils with sensory and communication needs
• Use structured teaching approaches
• Assist with personalised learning activities
• Support behaviour and emotional regulation
• Help develop independence and life skills
What We’re Looking For
• Experience supporting complex SEND or autism
• Understanding of sensory needs
• Patient and adaptable approach
• Ability to work as part of a team
