Job Title: Teaching Assistant
Primary SEND Teaching Assistant (ARP / Mainstream Support)

?? £90–£100 per day (dependent on experience)
?? Monday – Friday | 8:30am – 4:00pm
About the Role
A welcoming and inclusive primary school in North West London is seeking a dedicated SEND Teaching Assistant to support pupils within both a specialist ARP (Additionally Resourced Provision) and mainstream classroom setting.
This is a rewarding role supporting children with a range of additional needs, including ASD, speech & language needs, and social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs. You will work closely with class teachers and the SENCO to provide tailored support, both in class and through small group or 1:1 interventions.

Key Responsibilities:
Supporting pupils with SEND within the ARP and mainstream classroom
Delivering tailored interventions (1:1 and small groups)
Assisting with EHCP targets and personalised learning plans
Supporting communication, behaviour, and emotional regulation
Working closely with teaching staff and external professionals
Ideal Candidate:
Experience supporting children with SEND (school-based or similar setting)
Understanding of ASD, SEMH, and/or speech & language needs
Patient, nurturing, and proactive approach
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A passion for supporting inclusive education
