The Role This is a varied, hands-on role where you’ll play a key part in supporting pupils with additional needs and helping to maintain a positive, structured learning environment. Your responsibilities will include: • Providing tailored support to pupils with a range of SEND needs • Supporting small groups and 1:1 learning activities • Implementing and maintaining effective behaviour management strategies • Promoting positive behaviour, emotional regulation and engagement in learning • Working closely with teachers to deliver inclusive and engaging lessons • Monitoring progress and providing feedback to support pupil development • Helping to create a safe, calm and supportive classroom environment About You We’re looking for someone who brings both compassion and confidence into the classroom.
