Job Title: Unqualified Classroom Support
Are you passionate about supporting children’s learning and development? We’re looking for a Classroom Support Assistant to join primary and secondary schools in Rochdale. No formal qualifications are required; just experience working with children or young people, whether through paid roles, voluntary work, or personal experience such as supporting siblings. Experience working with children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) — complex or otherwise — is highly valued but not essential. If you’re patient, adaptable, and able to help manage behaviour and support learning, you could be exactly who we need.
