Job Title: 1:1 Teaching Assistant
1:1 SEND Teaching Assistant – Primary School, Isleworth
A mainstream primary school in Isleworth is looking for a 1:1 SEND Teaching Assistant to support a pupil with additional needs, including ASD and ADHD.
This role will focus on providing individualised support within the classroom and during small-group activities, helping the pupil to access learning, develop independence, and manage behaviour effectively.
Details
• Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:45am – 3:45pm
• Pay: £89 per day, PAYE
• Support: Working directly with a designated pupil while collaborating with class teachers and other support staff
We’re looking for someone who:
• Has experience supporting primary-aged children 1:1
• Is confident in supporting children with SEND needs, particularly ASD or ADHD
• Is patient, consistent, and able to implement structured support plans
• Can encourage independence and positive behaviour
