Person Specification - Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or supporting children with SEN is essential - A patient, adaptable, and nurturing approach. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. - A Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent) is desirable. - A strong commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
