1:1 Teaching Assistant Location: Blandford Forum, Dorset Job Type: Full-Time We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our welcoming and vibrant team at a thriving primary school in the heart of Blandford Forum. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs, while contributing to a positive and inclusive classroom environment. Person Specification - Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or supporting children with SEN is essential - A patient, adaptable, and nurturing approach. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. - A Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent) is desirable. - A strong commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
