Job Title: ADHD Teacher
Position: ADHD Teacher
Location: Wandsworth, London
Salary: £150–£170 per day
Hours: Full-Time, Monday to Friday, 8:00am–3:30pm
We are seeking a dedicated ADHD Teacher to join our dynamic team in Wandsworth, London. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching and a strong understanding of ADHD and its impact on learning and behaviour. You will play a key role in supporting students' academic, social and emotional development through tailored teaching approaches.
What You’ll Be Doing:
• Planning and delivering engaging lessons tailored to students with ADHD to meet their individual learning needs.
• Using a variety of educational techniques (e.g., project-based learning, digital learning) to maintain interest and maximise learning.
• Creating a structured environment that supports students in managing behaviour and maintaining focus.
• Working closely with SENCOs and other professionals, including educational psychologists, to develop and implement Individualised Education Plans (IEPs).
• Monitoring and recording student progress, addressing concerns promptly in line with school policies.
• Communicating effectively with parents and guardians regarding progress and classroom strategies.
• Attending staff meetings and contributing to ongoing professional development.

What We’re Looking For:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Proven experience teaching students with ADHD
• Strong understanding of ADHD-focused educational strategies and behaviour management techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Patience, resilience, and the ability to inspire and motivate learners
