Job Title: Qualified ASD Teacher Location: Richmond, London Employment Type: Part-Time (20 hours per week, Monday-Friday) Salary: Paid to Scale Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and qualified ASD Teacher to join our team in Richmond, London. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in providing high-quality education and support to students with Autism Spectrum Disorder. This part-time position offers an opportunity to make a significant impact in the lives of our students while being part of a collaborative and nurturing environment. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to the unique needs of each student. • Create and maintain a positive, inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning and personal development. • Utilize evidence-based teaching strategies to support the academic and social skills of students with ASD. • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including parents, therapists, and support staff, to ensure the best outcomes for students. • Assess and monitor student progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly.
