The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, representing our organization with a warm and welcoming demeanor. Key Responsibilities: • Greet and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner. • Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and accurately. • Manage the reception area to ensure a clean and organized environment. • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages. • Maintain appointment schedules and coordinate meetings as required. • Provide general administrative support to staff when needed. • Assist in managing office supplies and inventory. Qualifications: • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic office equipment. • Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred. • A professional appearance and demeanor.
