The school is seeking an inspirational leader with a strong background in special education and a proven ability to drive improvement, develop staff, and secure excellent outcomes for pupils with additional needs. This is a key leadership position, offering the opportunity to work closely with the Headteacher and Senior Leadership Team to help shape the strategic direction of the school while maintaining high standards of teaching, learning, behaviour and safeguarding.
