The provision provides small-group and 1:1 support for students who thrive in structured, predictable learning environments. In this role, you will be: • Supporting autistic pupils in both the resource base and mainstream lessons. • Using structured teaching strategies (TEACCH, visual timetables, task boards) to promote focus and independence. • Encouraging social communication and helping students regulate emotions during transitions. • Collaborating with the SENDCo, class teachers, and therapists to implement consistent support plans.
