Job Title: Behaviour Support Worker - Full Time
Are you confident, resilient and ready to make a real difference with older secondary pupils? A well-regarded secondary school in Bath is looking for a motivated and dependable Behaviour Support Worker to support students in Year 11, helping them stay focused, engaged and on track during a crucial stage of their education. This role is particularly suited to individuals who can build strong relationships with teenagers and are confident working with pupils who may display challenging behaviour or need additional support.
