Behaviour Teaching Assistant – Secondary PRU – Barking and Dagenham Up to £100 per day | Full-Time | Long-Term | September Start Axcis are working with a secondary Pupil Referral Unit in Barking and Dagenham who are seeking a resilient and personable Behaviour Teaching Assistant to join their team from September. The school supports young people with social, emotional and mental health needs, challenging behaviour and disrupted experiences of education. The successful candidate will help pupils re-engage with learning by providing clear boundaries, consistent encouragement and positive adult support. This role requires someone with a strong presence who can build relationships with pupils while remaining calm and professional when behaviour becomes challenging. The setting is accessible from Dagenham, Barking, Becontree, Chadwell Heath, Rainham and surrounding areas.
