Axcis Education are currently recruiting confident and adaptable Cover Supervisors to work across secondary schools in Blackburn and the wider East Lancashire area. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who enjoy working with young people and are keen to gain valuable classroom experience. As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for delivering pre-prepared lesson plans in the absence of the class teacher, ensuring students remain focused, engaged, and on task. This role is well suited to graduates considering a career in teaching, experienced school support staff looking for a new challenge, or anyone with strong behaviour management skills and a passion for working with secondary school pupils.
