Job Title: Early Years Practitioner
Experienced Early Years Practitioner – Full-Time
Location: N17, London
Salary: Competitive, based on experience
Hours: Full-time
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Early Years Practitioner to join our friendly nursery team based in N17. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a nurturing and dynamic environment where every child's individual needs are valued and supported.
Requirements:
CACHE Level 3 (or Level 2) qualification in Childcare/Early Years
Previous experience working within an early years setting
A strong understanding of the EYFS framework
Experience supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) is highly desirable
Ability to create a stimulating, safe and caring environment
Excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for early years education
Responsibilities:
Supporting the development and learning of children aged 0–5 years
Planning and delivering engaging and age-appropriate activities
Working closely with parents, carers and outside agencies
Observing, assessing and recording children’s progress
Promoting inclusive practice to meet the needs of all children
