Job Title: Full-Time Teaching Assistant (Early Years - Complex SEND Needs)
Location: Romford
Salary: £95 per day
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Full-Time Teaching Assistant to support our Early Years students with complex special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) at a school in Romford. This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of young learners while working in a supportive and dynamic environment.
In this role, you will work closely with children in their early years, helping them with their educational and personal development. You will be responsible for providing tailored support to meet their unique needs, and some personal care will be required. The ideal candidate will be patient, nurturing, and committed to helping each child achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide one-on-one and group support to Early Years students with complex SEND needs.
Assist with personal care tasks, ensuring the health, safety, and dignity of students.
Collaborate with teachers and SENCO to deliver adapted learning strategies.
Create a positive and inclusive learning environment for young children.
Requirements:
Experience working with young children, particularly those with complex SEND needs.
A patient and caring approach, with the ability to assist with personal care.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
A passion for supporting the development of Early Years students.
