About the Role: As a Flexible Teaching Assistant, you’ll work across a variety of school settings, supporting students in lessons and helping to create a positive learning environment. This could involve working 1:1 with individual pupils or supporting small groups, particularly those who may need additional help with behaviour or emotional regulation. Each day can be different, giving you the chance to build experience across multiple schools and develop a broad skill set in education.
